The Wadi by Reportage

The Wadi by Reportage is a nature-inspired waterfront residential development on Yas Canal in Abu Dhabi. The AED 6 billion master community is planned across approximately 140,700 square metres and combines residential apartments with landscaped parks, retail, dining, sports, leisure and hospitality facilities. Designed around the natural flow of water, The Wadi Abu Dhabi features a central landscaped valley, pocket gardens, water features, pedestrian paths and a waterfront yacht marina. The development offers studios and 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, while selected releases also include larger residences and duplex configurations. The project is being developed through Cosmo Developments, a joint venture between Flag Holding Group and Reportage Group, with Reportage overseeing development, delivery and long-term management.

The Wadi Apartments

The Wadi apartments are planned in a range of layouts, beginning with studios and extending to 1, 2 and 3-bedroom residences. The first phase includes two residential buildings, E1 and E2, with approximately 530 homes. Published project information lists entry sizes of approximately: Studio: from 377 sq. ft. 1 Bedroom: from 646 sq. ft. 2 Bedroom: from 1,001 sq. ft. Larger residences and selected 3- and 4-bedroom configurations are also available within current project releases. Exact sizes and availability depend on the building and unit. Each residence is planned with a balcony or terrace, creating a stronger connection between the indoor living space and the surrounding landscape.

The Wadi Investment Potential

The Wadi Abu Dhabi provides exposure to a large-scale waterfront masterplan in the Yas Canal corridor. Potential investment considerations include the project's waterfront setting, proximity to Yas Island attractions, range of apartment sizes, extensive amenities and planned retail, hospitality and leisure components. The project should be assessed at the individual-unit level. Factors such as purchase price, floor, view, service charges, rental demand, competing properties and the delivery schedule can influence actual investment performance.
